Bio sensors
By using conducting plastics as sensing material, a new class of sensors can be made. Based on what can be called as the polymer counterpart of semiconductor, the sensors have been developed by depositing a thin film of the polymer on an appropriate substrate. These polymeric thin film sensors could be used to detect gasses, chemicals and bio materials.
